Meet Our 2025 Candidates
Township Supervisors
Vote for Both!
Moore & Mayer
Great Experience. Fresh Perspective.

Barry Moore
Barry Moore has been honored to serve Northampton for the past 12 years on the Board of Supervisors as Chair, Vice-Chair, and member. He looks forward to continuing his service. Barry takes great pride in keeping Northampton Township a wonderful and safe place to live.
Barry has raised all four of his children (all Council Rock grads!) in Northampton. Barry loves sailing and spending time with his family, especially his seven grandchildren.
Barry is a financial executive with experience building and running businesses. This gives him a valuable perspective when making good financial decisions for the township.

Ed Mayer
My name is Ed Mayer, and I am proudly running for Northampton Township Supervisor in 2025. I’m excited to run for three reasons: (1) I will be tireless in serving our local community, (2) I will be laser focused on fiscal responsibility, and (3) I will bring a fresh perspective to the Board of Supervisors.
My wife and I have called Churchville home since 2001, when she found the perfect place for us to raise our family. Our two sons attended Maureen M. Welch, Richboro Middle, and Council
Rock South. If you’ve seen someone walking a French Bulldog named Bella around the neighborhood or at Northampton Township Municipal Park, that’s probably me — enjoying one
of the many treasures our township offers.
Professionally, I’m a senior management consultant specializing in leading complex technology initiatives and digital transformations. I bring over 30 years of leadership in managing
geographically diverse teams, overseeing large-scale budgets, and multi-year planning efforts. I am a licensed attorney and a proud Navy veteran.
Public service is about people. It’s about listening, collaboration, and building something better— together. I’m running for Township Supervisor to bring transparency, teamwork, and real
results for all residents of Northampton – always with a laser focus on fiscal responsibility.
This is a time of great opportunity for our township. I bring energy, experience, and a commitment to progress — deeply rooted in financial integrity, service, and trust.

Tax Collector

Christen Jones
Hello, my name is Christen Deola Jones. I’m a lifelong resident of Northampton Township, a proud wife, and a busy mom to two wonderful boys, ages 4 and 1. My roots here run deep. I grew up in this very community, attended Council Rock schools, and now I’m fortunate enough to raise my own family in the same place that helped shape who I am today. My husband also grew up here, went to school here, and shares the same appreciation for our township and the people in it. This community isn’t just where we live, it’s where our story began and continues to grow.
Academically, I pursued my passion for mathematics by earning my undergraduate degree from Penn State University (WE ARE!) and later completing a master’s degree in mathematics at West Chester University. Professionally, my career has been centered around forecasting, analytics, financial planning, and strategic decision-making, fields that require a high level of accuracy, integrity, and responsibility. Working with numbers is something I truly enjoy, but more importantly, I understand how to use them to support thoughtful, transparent, and accountable processes.
I’m running for the office of Northampton Township Tax Collector because I see it as a meaningful way to serve the community that means so much to my family. This position offers the unique opportunity to be both professionally engaged and personally rooted, close to home and actively involved in helping our township thrive. It allows me to be present for my family while serving the community we’re so invested in. I believe in doing things the right way, with clarity and consistency, and I want to ensure that residents can trust the process and feel confident that their local tax matters are handled efficiently and respectfully. I strive to be someone who our neighbors can count on.
It would be an honor to bring my experience, education, and dedication to the role of Tax Collector. I’m committed to being approachable, detail-oriented, and fully invested in our community’s success, because for me, this is personal. It’s about giving back, staying connected, and doing my part to make our township an even better place for all of us.

Audrey Tashjian
Region 6
(Districts 4, 8, 13, 18)
My name is Audrey Tashjian and I am running for School Board Director for Council Rock Region 6. I have lived in Bucks County over 20 yrs and have raised 3 Council Rock graduates (last graduating this year) and know the value of our school system. I have worked as an Ob Gyn physician in the local area over 30 years, and prior to that taught high school Biology and Chemistry.
If elected, I plan to work hard to support the high standards of Council Rock (and the tax base that builds from this), support students, teachers and administrators, and be a voice for all. I would be honored to have your vote on May 20, 2025.
Auditor

Gabriela Harris
I am excited to serve my community by running for Township Auditor. My family and I have lived in Northampton Township for over 26 years. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Architecture with a minor in Computer-Aided Drafting. For the past 18 years, I have worked in real estate while raising my family. My three daughters are proud graduates of the Council Rock School District, giving me a personal understanding of the needs and values of local families. I'm running for this position because I believe our democracy is strongest when diverse perspectives are represented. I have a deep love for our community and have always wanted to contribute in a meaningful way. This role gives me the opportunity to listen, serve, and help shape a future that reflects the hopes and priorities of the people who live here.
